Very good quality.
Product came in a timely manner with no missing parts. That’s always good. The riser is a solid steel bar not a hollow tube. Installation was as easy as taking the old screws out and putting the new longer screws in. I have side bag racks mounted along with the back rest. The screws supplied with easily long enough to handle the backrest and side bag racks. The height and position of the backrest fits me perfectly. The cushion is firm enough that I do not bottom out against the frame. It made a huge difference in the comfort of my ride. I recommend this product.
