I’m new to crochet and have had a hard time finding the appropriate yarn for certain projects. I’m so happy to have found this! Was great for my sweater and I plan on getting more!

I have been using this yarn for knitting socks. It has come really quickly from Amazon. It is VERY reasonably priced. I have found it lovely to knit with for both cables and colorwork. It comes in nice colors. Soft, but not fuzzy, so it looks good on colorwork. It didn't split when knitting cables. I found it to be very consistent and after using 6 different colors, I just can't find anything to complain about. Very nice washable sock yarn.

Nice texture, feels like all-wool. I ordered orange but found this color to be more of a cantaloupe, not a true orange.

Knitted some open-finger mitts to go with a scarf... so of course, I didn't have quite enough yarn left! Used this for the cuffs, nice feel, perfect weight to go with both my 2-strands of sock-weight yarn and the sport weight yarn that I wanted to match. Both were merino wool and this had a great softness to compliment them.

My review is more a reflection of the seller and shipping than the product. Soft and decent for socks. Doesn’t split. Plied nicely. Very soft. I used it held double with a Suri Silk lace yarn for the cuff to achieve a DK weight or close to it. I used it alone for the heel. The picture doesn’t show the heel well but good enough. I did the held double again for the toes on this DK sock. I was expecting more of a white color. This is a bit more off white which worked well for the hand dyed yarn I was pairing it with.Note about the seller. It took a long time to get this yarn. I have since discovered a nearby LYS that carries Berroco Vintage Sock yarn so I will not be buying from this seller again. Every color i ordered pretty much came separately. There were 2-3 colors I ordered that were marked shipped then cancelled and refunded. I reordered and the order was marked damaged in shipping when it arrived to my local post office and returned. I was refunded. Reliability issues hurt this review substantially. I feel for anyone reliant on Amazon for products to support their hobbies. I’ve learned to use my LYS much more.

This is a good quality yarn for socks and has a nice feel. I am using it for socks. The value for the Price is good as well. I will be ordering more.
