This is neat but the base is very thin. My dog jumped up on the windowsill and her claw punctured the base and it broke around the light.

I bought this as a gag for my son and daughter-in-law, to hide whenever I leave after a visit (they live 800 miles away). He hates gnomes, and it's tradition that they hide my gnomes every time they leave. I hid it in their closet to freak them out after they went to bed. She loves it, he says we're smarta**es. LOL!
