Tight Spaces
Though conveniently compact, the pages of this book do not leave enough space for including pertinent patient information. For example, diet could include tube feeds in which you may want to jot down the type of feeds, rate, flushes, etc.However, there's a nice little chart that explains the abbreviations for new nurses.

Great report notebook
I like that it has the basic info that you need for report. Everybody who sees it likes it and asked where I bought it. The only thing I don't like is there's not enough writing space for the patient's name.
