Very pleased the cats love it
Very pleased , cats love it , but I have a kitten as well who at the moment loves playing with it , bless him, so doing more washing of it as he keeps putting things in there, 🤣 .Only thing I would say is when it comes to emptying it , it’s heavy with the water in it, fine for washing , and when I refill I put it back in situ and fill it up with jug , That works well , doesn’t make much noise , easy to put together, good design, good water flow easy to top up water with water jug

Good idea, poor execution.
I really did want to like this. Seems like a good idea – ceramic rather than cheap plastic, no disposable filters, dishwasher friendly, plenty of positive reviews online. We also know our cats like running water a lot more than static, so getting a fountain to encourage them to drink was a no-brainer.In reality, this product just doesn’t work as is. It's noisy, and provides my kittens with things they could swallow / choke on. The issues:1. Being handmade, I can accept some small flaws in terms inconsistently in colour, some imperfect edges / finish – all present in ours, but minor and acceptable. The bigger problem was a (presumable – we couldn’t see it) hairline crack in the ceramic that caused it to emit a high-pitched whine when water touched one side of the bowl for the first day of use. Initially we thought it was the pump, but the noise happened with just water in the bowl, and drove us and the kittens mad until it finally settled on its own.2. It’s unstable. With it being handmade, the bottoms of the towers are not perfectly flat, meaning that they wobble & rattle on any contact, i.e. every time the cats went to take a drink. They were also very intrigued by the noise and liked to play with it, resulting in loud ceramic rattling noises throughout the day and night.3. A part of the ceramic chipped off (picture attached, there were smaller flakes / crumbs in the water as well) & I caught my kittens trying to eat the smaller chunks – major hazard!!Admittedly, my cats are curious and did like to nudge the towers and make them rattle, but I can’t see this as uncommon for cats4. It's so noisy. Using the motion sensor seems like a good idea, but every time it starts flowing again there is a good 30 secs+ of noisy dribbling as each shallow pool on the top of the tower overflows to make the waterfall. As well as this, there's the flow control mechanism: To reduce the flow coming out the top, it's diverted by a small slider to pour out inside the tower. Doing this causes it to splash against the ceramic and water, making a constant noise (another reviewer has added a video with the same noise complaint).5. Though the parts are mostly easy to clean, the design makes it a pain to get the pump in & out of position to clean the rest. Also, the rim on the main bowl makes it almost impossible to empty the last dregs of water with whatever fluff / dirt is in it.6. Because of the design, if the high tower with the pump is rattled too much, the pump dislodges. Not only does this mean no accessible flowing water, the small plastic attachment on the outside of the tower then pops loose – another choking hazard for my curious kittens.I really did want to like this item, and I think with further development it could be a winner, but I just can’t justify spending £70 on it in light of all of the flaws, let alone my concern the cats will manage to eat / choke on small dislodged parts.Returned.

Faulty pump!
This is an expensive product with some attractive features, e.g. no spare filters needed.I have bought it to replace the old one which developed a crack in the large bowl and was leaking. The pump stopped working within a fortnight.Very disappointed. Will not buy again.

Great Concept, Awkward Maintenance
Unlike other reviewers, I have had ZERO problem with noise. In fact I WANT there to be a trickling sound otherwise my cats would not be reminded of/aware of the water fountain. And this is the reason I do not use the motion sensor. No pump noise when properly filled. The challenge I do have is accessing the pump. I am sure al owners will want to give this item a thorough clean at some point. Dirt, cat hair, algae etc. will all get inside and outside the various pieces. The problem occurs when trying to re-attach the silicon pipe to the top of the pump. Nearly impossible because there is no room for a moderately sized hand to gain access. This is an issue.I also would love to be able to find the grass cup. I ripped the packaging apart looking for it, but to no avail.Needs a version 2.

My cats love this
My cats absolutely love this, they have been drinking so much more since I got it. They weren't even drinking half of what they are drinking since I bought this! No filters required and can stick in dishwasher once a month which is what appealed to me. I've put it in the kitchen on the work surface and it's a lovely water feature for our family too. Cat approved, definitely recommend!!!!

I smashed it whilst washing by hand !!
Gorgeous water fountain for pets , it's not very quiet unless you use the motion sensor !Fantastic value for moneyHowever the first time I cleaned it , hand washing in the kitchen sink, one of the towers smashed and unfortunately can't be repaired nor replaced . Very slippy when wetCats absolutely loved it, but because I've smashed a main tower it no longer functions properlyFor People who live in the 🇬🇧 United Kingdom, we don't get the cat grass tower due to customs . So that doesn't come in package.Water intake is great for multi pet household.I can't review much more as it's damaged , until I can afford another one or may not get one .
