I replaced this after I accidently broke the one that I had previously

Looked nice for 1 week then limescale showed awfully (despite constant cleaning and use of filter). Needed constant cleaning.Sounds like a aeroplane taking off and took ages to boil.Broke within 5 weeks - currently dangerously boils and boils and never turns off.Amazon’s return policy is circular directing me to seller and the seller then directs me to Amazon - what an absolute con. You can never speak to anyone and no chance of getting you money back despite your statutory rights!!!!AMAZON’S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS POLICY IS A CON

I like the blue light that comes on when the kettle is on. It heats up pretty quickly. The only thing that i would change is the lid.its abit stiff to close but doesn't take away from the purpose . It does the job and the price is great

I love the look of this kettle. It boils quickly and efficiently. Only annoyance is that it doesn't pour evenly. I've had 2 streams of water out the spout which isn't great if you need a precise pour.

I’ve had this less than a year and already it doesn’t work. It won’t switch off when it’s boiling. It looks fab on and the light is great but unfortunately the looks are better than the quality
