Excellent. Used it to make a Honey Tank
I purchased this ball valve to make a honey bottling tank with a spigot to fit a bottling machine. Using a G1 bulkhead fitting, male to male connector,hose spigot, some PTFE tape and Flomasta Pipe Thread Seal and this ball valve I was able to fit it with ease and water tight connections. The only problem I had was the handle was too long in the orientation I was fitting it, if my bulkhead connector had had a female thread and the hose spigot male this would not have been an issue. Anyway it was easy to remove the handle, shorten it with a dremel and pop it back on.I see some reviews saying it didn't fit, not sure how that's happened but I'd assume those people probably didn't use enough tape and/or threadlocker to properly seal the tapered thread. I'm very happy with the valve. 👍
