Yes it can, should carefully used because that leather burns easily when ironing. Recommand sew on.

Yes, there are many car patches in random pool, It should be easy to get a car

Q: Can i use these on wollen garments?

I have used them on hand knits but you can't get the temperature high enough to iron them on (it melts/ misshapes the yarn) but I stitch them on.
