These are great. The only thing is they say 'go to <this> website for instructions.' But there are several videos out there and some of them are different. But watch a couple and you'll figure it out.The only thing you really need to figure out is how much cable to strip. it's 1/4". You want the pins to grab both the jacket (at the back end) and the wire (at the front crimp).Oh, the other thing is which pins you put in which connector. Male vs female.Once you get those figured out, then you're set to make some great connectors.

Probably not. I am hoping I am not missing anything else.

when you use the 8 or the 12 pin the wedge will not go in. Grabbed my other connector kit from another brand and they work flawlessly. Dont waste your money on this kit

Very low quality… not a deal at any price

I ordered these to clean up my current wiring for mycamera monitoring system on my motorhome. Unfortunately, because of surgery and other comlications I was not able to use right when I received hhese or they would have been returned.The wedges break very easily as they do not fit properly and if you do get it together forget about changing anything thereafter. I never had any problems with other connectors but these are just plain useless and no instructions including youtube on the DTM kit. So for me that was a double waste of buying and then getting taxed at the border on top of the taxes alreasy paid. I have almost 50 years experience and thought these were of a good quality which they appear to be as long as you don't try to assemble them. They don't even sell an extra kit for the pins should you need them from what I saw on Amazon as with all kits I want extras on hand before I start. I thought that I had missed something and looked later to no avail.Spend your money on anything but these, very disappointed.

I am working on a restoration project and I needed some water proof connectors, but I have also purchased these in one offs for other projects that I have worked on. That being the case, I got this large kit to meet all of my needs. These connectors are well made and assembly is not really that difficult, you just have to have some patience and good eyesight. Both of which I am not great at, but even for me it wasn’t bad. The connectors fit well and were tight when connected and I do not worry about water intrusion because of how well they fit. This is a pretty complete set, so if you have several projects in your shop, this will have about anything you need to replace or rewire what you are working on. It is not a cheap set, but in the long run, if you are purchasing these a couple at a time, you will save money getting this set. The quality is there and the value is there and it comes in a convenient case to store everything in.
