This is my first ever review but definitely well worth it. I bought a termpurpedic luxe in February of this year. From the first night sleeping in it I hated it but surely I’d get use to it. And love it. It was a 7000 dollar mattress after all. At the beginning of November I couldn’t take it any more i would. wake up with shoulder pain, hip pain, lower back pain, feeling like I needed to walk like the old guy on UP. (I’m only 32 there’s something wrong with that) I ordered this mattress with low hopes but I was going to test it out for the price. I refuse to spend the kind of money I spent before and go to waste again! I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for about 2 weeks now. And it’s made a world of difference! I feel rested waking up and very little stiffness or pain. It was easy to unbox. It’s a tad heavy and I did have to drag it up stairs so I would suggest help unpacking it. But I definitely recommend! It’s just firm enough. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the thickness of the outside blue part (you can feel the springs through the side) but I wasn’t holding my expectations very high considering the price. I did let it expand for the full recommended 72 hours. This mattress exceeded my expectations.

This mattress is fabulous! It's the most comfortable mattress I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. It's firm but soft, I sink in a teeny bit yet feel supported. While sinking into a mattress sounds dreamy, for me it leads to back pain and overall discomfort. I'm going to buy these mattresses for the other bedrooms in my house and for the apartment downstairs.

This is the WORST mattress ever. This has almost ruined my back completely. The mattress seems like two smaller mattresses were joined together to make one big mattress. The middle of the mattress just goes in like a pit. No matter where u sleep on it, u will end up in the middle.I contacted the seller multiple times to get this returned. Never heard back from them. Then I contacted Amazon to return, which they fury scheduled. The return guys did not pick it up and asked me to re-schedule. All this was well with the return window. Then when I tried to reschedule the return pick up, it says I can not. Amazon says the return window is now closed and they can not assist. So now I have the mattresse, all packed and ready to be picked up, sitting in my hall. Tried contacting Amazon customer support via chat where I spoke patiently with Thouheed, Shaiqa, Shamli, Mohammed, Wilson, Chavi, Sathish, Mayra, Nabila and still on chat, but still unable to schedule a return pick up.Not sure what to do next!All the hassle free return promises by Amazon and the 100 day trial offer from the manufacturer, everything is a lie. Stay away from this mattress to save ur time and money

So we have only ĥad this this mattress for a week now, but so far it has not disappointed. My husband has shoulder pain and I usually have back pain and have had to sleep with a body pillow for years.. yesterday I took a nap without my body pillow and slept great without any pain. We purchased the 14in king because we both like our sleep space and both tend to get up a million times during the night because we ain't as young as we used to be. Lol .But we don't disrupt each other like on our previous mattress. I never liked the pillow top that curved to your body because it always seemed to make my back pain worse. But this mattress does an amazing job of balancing that out and keeping me from being in pain. If this changes after a month or so I will update my review, but so far we are both pleased and surprised by the quality of this mattress.

This is an excellent mattress! Comfortable. Perfect amount of soft and firm. I can sleep on my side with no hip pain. I would and will tell everyone about this mattress. Came in a box. Unpacked easily and fully expanded fast.

The mattress looks nice and plushy, but feels very firm, even after two weeks of being fully expanded. Instead of relieving pain from pressure points, we felt pressure on every point. My husband is average size, I am heavy; neither of us was comfortable, so size and weight are not the reason for the discomfort. Perhaps this is not the best mattress for side sleepers. On the positive side, the edges are supported well, and the quality of the mattress seems good. Per Amazon policy, fully expanded mattresses are not returnable, but you can get a refund. However, you must actually speak to customer service - it cannot be done through the online process or chat function.

I got this mattress when we moved three weeks ago and wow. I was nervous with the reviews saying it was hard and firm but it’s not. The mattress has support but molds to you. There was no smell and it fluffed right up with a few hours. Sleeping is hard for me because of my MS if I feel pressure on my body from a mattress I’m in instant pain and can’t sleep but this mattress I sleep like a baby every night. I’m 5.4 170lbs and it’s supper comfortable if you love the marshmallow feel I would suggest maybe a mattress topper with a inch or two of squish but it does have some memory foam on the top of the mattress. Like I said I’m in love and so happy I got this and so is my husband

No side support, lumpy and springs can be felt through the mattress after a short time of use.
