Perfect. Solid and heavy as it should be. Does the job.

A word of warning: don’t let the candles burn right down-I did without realising-I now have wax all over a coffee table -and the black stuff underneath is solidified onto said coffee table! Please issue a warning because the melted candle was was, of course, very hot! Won’t recommend until there is some sort of warning!

They look good but quality control is poor. The black finish is patchy on 2 of the holders and one has started to rust. Can't be bothered returning them.

I love these holders. The simple yet elegant design holds taper candles securely with no wobble so no faffing about melting wax into the hole or wrapping foil around the bottom. I personally am also happy to let the candle burn all the way down and the slit allows the wax to run out over the cardboard I sit them on - not everyone would be happy to do this but for me it cuts down on waste.

These look great, but once the candle burns down to a certain point, the wax starts seeping out through the slit in the side. I ended up with big pools of wax on a good table cloth. The metal gets really hot too because of the candle, which I think speeds up the melting.

So simple in design but look so nice between photos on mantle shelf.
