Acko best.
My One plus 11r display damaged I went to service centre contact the Acko customer care service upload image of damaged screen of my 11r . After the phone got repaired I paid the amount by myself & contact customer support executive uploaded the repaired mobile display with IEMI number with service centre paid invoice copy and within 24 hours I got refund back the full amount in my account. Thanks Acko & customer service executive for the support and services they gave me.

Fast and no fuss settlement
Had broken my screen and send the claim to Acko. Everything is online through their own app. All it took was to take a video of tue damaged device, and upload it. Settlement happened immediately on the same day without any fuss. Very good experience! Thanks!

Irresponsible answer from Acko
I bought a one year plan for a mobile phone. The policy was valid until June 21st.During the lockdown the screen got damaged.Unfortunately I did not remember where I had purchased the insurance from. The documents were kept in my mother in laws house as the phone was purchased by her. Due to the lockdown I could not get the documents. After I saw the Amazon invoice I could locate the name Acko. (I was searching in oneassist as my previous insurance was by them). Finally I lodged a claim on 9Jube.They replied stating that my claim was lodged.The mail was followed by another mail that I should follow some steps to get the phone repaired.Unfortunately, I had given a mail ID that I don’t use regularly and I missed the mail. Today I called up Acko to start the claim processing. To my surprise they told me that the claim period is over. It is completely wrong on their part as my claim was already registered. After 20 days they are saying the claim is rejected because the claim period has lapsed. This is ridiculous. Insurance validity is upto 21 June means that I should register my claim upto 21st. It does not mean that I shouldGet the phone repaired by that date??Insurance has a claim period after initially lodging the claim.This is unacceptable. I request Amazon to intervene. I will complain to IRDA if they don’t accept my claim.

Insurance - Delivery before the mobile is delivered
This is the insurance. I wonder why this is delivered immediately after the item is purchased while the actual mobile takes time to deliver. It would be good if this is sent after the mobile is delivered as Amazon is tracking every delivery anyway.
