really helps with sore throat during this trying cold and flu season.
My sister recommended this to me because I complained of always getting a sore throat without any medical relief. This works wonders for me! I am so glad I listened to my big sister. The taste may be a little off kind if like if you vomit and nothing comes up and you just retch. Well you do not have to swallow it just gargle it and not very much either. I definitely recommend it.
