I take 100 mg a day to maintain muscle mass as my natural T was a little low. I'm nearly 60. Yes. There is a difference.., along with occassional ecdosterones which are sold on Amazon.

There was an issue with the product - there were non-uniform discolorations / dark spots inside the gelatin capsules giving me the impression that either there was a problem with their manufacture or that the seal was not fully intact. I contacted the manufacturer through their website. Their site's automated response was the following: "Thanks for contacting us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible." It's been 4 weeks and I've received no other response from the company (no email, no replacement product). I would not recommend this product.
