I ordered King size pillows for my husband & I because we'd been battling to get a good night's sleep for years, even after trying numerous pillows that claimed to be the best. When the Sleep Foundation recommended this pillow, I decided to make the investment. The very first night we slept with our new pillows was absolutely magical! Instead of being awakened to adjust the comfort of our pillows, we both slept for several hours straight. Now that we've slept with our new pillows for almost a week, I can say that that these pillows have improved our sleep, along with our level of vitality in the morning. They are truly the best pillows for both comfort & support on the market. Although there is still some snoring, it's more like a murmur than a roar so becomes gentle white noise. We both adore the pillow the way it came, but it's a bonus that it comes with extra foam & the ability to remove foam to suit your pillow plumpness needs. We're grateful for this brilliant design that the Sleep Foundation crafted after much research into sleep preferences. This pillow is simply dreamy!

I have no complaints about the actual product.As other reviewers commented-it did initially have a chemical smell that lasted several days but since I use a CPAP machine it didn't bother me.I really appreciated the fact that it came with extra stuffing so that I could customize the fit to my own comfort level.It was easy to remove the stuffing to experiment with the proper amount of stuffing for me.For reference I had a pretty good pillow that seemed to work for me but after reading the product claims I hoped that this would be "perfect" for my sleep issues-I have to wear headgear with my CPAP and always trying to make improvements..I tried the pillow with the original amount of stuffing in it the first night- too much for me personally.I took out some stuffing and tried again- much better but still needed some improvement.Took out a bit more stuffing and it seemed to match the loft of my previous pillow.The one thing I noticed was that after I'd taken enough stuffing so that it suited my comfort level it seemed like the stuffing shifted a bit in the night, and I ended up with a sore neck in the middle of the night.I think the company makes a great product and the majority of clients will probably be extremely pleased with it-but if you're like me and need to remove stuffing several times in order to be comfortable then you might not be dissatisfied.

I wasn't sure what to expect with a shredded memory foam pillow but it's so comfortable! So happy with my purchase. I'm a side sleeper mainly, and it's great for that. It's soft yet supportive, and it came with extra "fluff" so I added it right into the pillow, easily,,, no problem,,, because I like a thick pillow. It has a removable outer pillowcase which is easy to wash. Great pillow overall. Been a month or two and it's still firm and supportive. Will update if quality changes.

I ordered this memory foam pillow because I can't seem to find a good pillow that works for me. Either its too big or too small and my neck ends up hurting when I wake up. And my sleep has been off for months now. I decided to order this one because you can adjust the memory foam in the pillow with the extra foam they give you. Its easy to add or take away from it and I have finally got the PERFECT PILLOW!!! The pillow case is quilted and helps with keeping you cool and it is easy to clean, just machine wash on gentle with cold water and I dry it on low heat! I love this pillow and have to order more for the family now!

Having neck issues, I've tried MANY pillows. I tend to need a thinner pillow than most, in case you're in the same boat.I've removed roughly half of the stuffing and I still haven't managed to make it comfortable. I haven't given up, yet; but I'm not confident that I won't be switching back to my old pillow.The good news is that the synthetic, foamy smell has finally wore off and I did buy it on sale.

Best pillow ever, my dad bought one after I did as well. Love that you can add or remove foam for your level of firm or squishy. Personally I took out (3) 1 gallon bags of foam out of mine LOL. I love squishy pillows.

I previously had a tempur pedic pillow and absolutely loved it, but I after 8 years I needed a new pillow and decided to try this since it had such great reviews. I tossed a turned all night. I don’t sleep well with it at all. I have adjusted the foam several times and still nothing helps much. I am a stomach and side sleeper and I would not recommend this especially for stomach sleepers. Not worth the money when Tempur Pedic pillows cost the same or even less.
