I'm 57 been using this product for decades. Why is it after three uses it burns my skin. But up until then it works great.

I am an elderly woman with very tender facial skin which needs some work to remove hair. I, first of all was surprised how well it did removing the hair, but comfortably leaving my skin smoother than usual. Wow, what a relief - always trust the established products.

This is a great product. It works.

I used the product exactly as directed. Have used similar products with no problem. Burned my face so bad I had to get prescription burn cream 😫

I haven't left it on for more than 10 minutes but regardless I've gotten chemical burns twice (patches of skin that get red and raw before they start to scab). But the worst part is that it just doesn't work. I STILL have to go in with my tweezers and pluck the majority of the hair, this time from a face that's wildly irritated. If a product is going to damage my skin, I would at least expect that it removes the hair as well as an entire dermal layer 🤦🏻‍♀️
