THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST / BEAST OVER HAMMERSMITH Analog

Glad that Maiden finally released BoH on vinyl. I’d bet most Maiden fans buying this probably view the inclusion of the Number of Beast as the bonus material here rather than the other way around.Sounds fantastic all the way through. Love the sheer speed and energy throughout the concert along with a fantastic set list comprised of a number of songs which would soon be dropped (or at least played much less frequently) in future tours. “Another Life” and “Phantom of the Opera” in particular are brilliant.Great packaging as well. Glad they brought out the full Derick Riggs artwork for the release too, with the proper Maiden logo, rather than the cropped version they did for the Eddie’s Archive box set. Well done all around.

Everyone know Number of the Beast is a classic album. What some don't know is the extra addition of the Beast Over Hammersmith show is one of their best live recordings. Imagine seeing Iron Maiden with Bruce, before NOTB came out. It's worth the price for this show alone.My one complaint is they changed the track list on NOTB, including Total Eclipse and removing Gangland. They claim it's the way the album was intended, but I feel like it's foolish to change such a classic album, even if the other song is a good one. They could have included it as a single instead. Oh well, it's still a great album!

The Beast Over Hammersmith discs and Total Eclipse were my sole reasons for buying this.Those pieces of this package are incredible. BoH is the most amazing classic lineup of Maiden music sung by Bruce Dickinson.The Number of the Beast 2015 mix isn’t great. The lyrics get buried in some places, the levels are all over the place. It’s just not great.All in all: great offering. I’m nitpicking the mastering, there’s better pressings out there if you’re particular. Buy it for BoH and Total Eclipse if you’re a fan.

Bought this for my son who is following my metalhead ways. Took him to see Maiden last year and he loved it. Adding this album to his collection was a no brainer.

This is a must have for any Maiden fan! The live album is amazing and they added Total Eclipse to the NOB album which is awesome. Highly recommended.

One of Maiden's best albums, but now with the classic 'Beast Over Hammersmith' finally on vinyl (and it sounds great). On the main album they replaced "Gangland" with the Superior "Total Eclipse " My only criticism is that they should have included both songs.

I haven’t opened it yet but already love it as it is.

Excelente vinyl triple de 180 grs. el primer disco es The number of the beast pero en lugar de Gangland trae la canción de Total Eclipse, porque según los mismos Iron Maiden debió ser esa canción la que hubiera salido originalmente en lugar de Gangland, los otros dos discos es el Best over hammersmith lo cual es la primera vez que sale en vinyl, excelente disco, excelente audio y excelente arte, súper recomendado.

Ich bin sehr froh das ich mich doch zum Kauf entschieden habe , denn die Platten sind sehr gut verarbeitet und die Cover mit viel liebe Designed !!! Ich denke das ich viel Freude daran haben werde !!!
