You will need a PICO power supply and a adapter. Or this one works: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H59VF1V/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This one can have mounting issues inside the case and you may have to tape or make new mounts to get it secured. Either one will work, but you will also need this or similar: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QS5VKCQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Just make sure its rated for whatever PICO you use.

stand-off .225" + .0625" Motherboard + 2.50 Height from motherboard to the top of chassis without cover = 2.780 ±.025". Measured chassis depth at four corners = 2.805/2.795".

Q: Does the glass completely close? I saw some picture with it not completely sealed into the case

Yes , the glass lid completely closes the case. Problem : in this position , a lot of heat builds up inside the case. Solution : insert small rubber rings (supplied with the case) under the glass lid, thus creating space between the glass lid and the case ; That would allow fresh air in . If you want a completely closed case , then go for the all metal case , or else you'll have to deal with overheating system.
