First time ever seeing it so clearly.Brilliant conversion from the original. I have the originals on VHS but no VHS player from the early 90s.Resisted the DVDs from a while back as they had the US/Jap soundtrack which was awful.4.3 aspect ratio is maintained too.Well worth it.

If like me, you enjoy the late 80s/early 90s OVA style of anime that Manga UK put out in the 90s, then this release is for you. 3 banging episodes of raw and ridiculous sci-fi anime to enjoy on a Saturday while munching down on popcorn. The content won’t make you smarter, but you will have a fun time.

Love the anime, Cyber City - one of the best ones ever made, and beautiful crystal clear DVD transfer.. But no English language track on this version.. so RM'd one star...

Loved this when I saw it in the 90s on Channel 4 late at night. This mini series got me into anime. I brought it when it was released in UK on VHS, been waiting years for a disc version and this is awesome. Has the UK release soundtrack that totally rocks! Also has the original Japanese version and US version with Japanese score, not watched those yet. Added bonus is that the screens that display Japanese text in the film have added English translations that the VHS version lacked. Best things come to those that wait, and this does not disappoint. Arrived in pristine condition.

The other reviews for this are just bad or incomplete, then there's the problem of Amazon combining reviews of multiple versions of a product. Also the Amazon listing details are bad and doesn't even tell you what region or even show you the back cover. As you can see from the pictures, this isn't the special/limited edition with the outer sleeve and art cards, this is just the standard version but it has the same blu ray disk inside. It's region B, 1080p, 4:3 aspect ration and has all 3 episodes and all 3 versions of the show (Japanese version, English Dub version with Japanese soundtrack and the English Dub version with UK soundtrack). That's everything you need to know. Btw, I prefer the Japanese sound track but the UK version is amazing, I can see why people like it so much and it's definitely worth hearing.

Oh how the days of classic manga have disappeared so much. I was about 17 when i first got this absolute diamond of an anime and is still easily one of my all time favourites up there with the likes of Akira, Fist Of The North Star, Ninja Scroll, Wicked City, Golgo 13, Devil Man..... so many old school classics. Cyber City is a blinder of a series and i would have loved it to carry on, so much fun to watch, excellent visuals and soundtrack, i just couldn't say enough good things about it, in my opinion should be in every sci fi anime fans collection. 10/10
