The fourfive hydration tablets are better than any other brands I have tried. The berry flavour is delicious compared to other artificially flavoured ones on the market as they instead use natural plant sweeteners, which is a game changer. I can feel their effects immediately when using them before and after workouts and they're 10/10 on a hangover. Highly recommend!

I’m a boxer and these are a necessary part of any fighters kit. I use them after training. I’ve tried several brands, so far these are the best performance wise, and taste wise. No artificial sweeteners either which lower immune system by damaging gut flora. Deffo recommend

fourfive Hydrate tabs are my go to hydration boost post yoga, paddleboarding and trail running - the natural flavour and natural plant sugar makes them taste great and no artificial sweeteners or nasty additives (which I find most other sports approved hydration products contain) also means they’re properly good for me! I’ve been using this brand for a while so am glad to see them on Amazon. They really help when I’ve had some wine in the evening and want to wake up feeling good the next day. They totally get rid of that feeling of dry mouth and hangover.Have also really helped me feel fresh again after heavy exercise or sports, or a long flight. Much more effective than just drinking water alone.The flavours are nice, and are not as sweet and overbearing compared to other brands.I would recommend to others.

I really wanted these to work and be a regular in the cupboard -- loved the taste, love the fact there is nothing bad in them and a healthy way to hydrate with flavour in your water. Knocked two stars off as unfortunately, after having one a day for three days, let's just say my digestion didn't agree. Having researched a bit further into it, I think it's the sodium which taking more than you need can have the opposite effect, causing dehydration (internally) and the worst constipation I think I've ever had. Had to buy loads of grapes!
