Q: Are these A grade guitars or B with blemish or flaws?

Hello Brian, I cannot speak for other companies, but Calido Guitars only sells new instruments - all A stock, no B stock and no used instruments at all. This is a wonderful, made in the USA instrument. We also do a complete setup on every guitar we sell from our store. I can't imagine selling any guitar without doing a setup. Q: What does a set up before shipping to customer include?

We set the action (we e can try to meet special requests), dress and polish the frets, check the intonation, make sure the are no buzzing frets, and oil the fretboard. Not sure what others do. Please let us know if we can help you. Sincerely, Daniel Calido Guitars
