My girl was SUPER excited for this...she loves little mermaid. Nice big ball. Perfect for littles to discover the game of keeping the ball in the air (it's bigger, for easier for non coordinated littles to hit).Good solid material that doesn't feel like it'll pop easily.

This ball came with patches, which is a good thing, because it already sprang a leak with only 5 mins play time, and only a couple hours of just sitting around. It's a bit frustrating it already needs more air because this ball is not easy to inflate. Not using your lung power, not a hand pump, and do not get me started on how none of the electric pumps seemed to be able to inflate this easily wither. Using my teeth to squeeze the plug like sometimes you must do, was ridiculously hard, and it was hard to breathe into. The pump wouldn't air this thing up either. It was just a huge hassle to say the least. I'd say a good 40 minutes was spent trying to get this inflated. It was fun for 5 minutes we played with it, but I am really discouraged now it is losing air. It was not roughly played with either. Mostly rolled and then set aside because we had to go out. Quality is definitely not there, and it's too much of a hassle to try and fix this immediately. It is a shame, as my daughter loves mermaids and this would have been a fun summer toy. The color is also not as vibrant as pictured, but that's not a huge deal because it's still very visible and cute.

I honestly thought the pictures were photoshopped but this ball is in fact almost as tall as my kid. The advertisement says 25" which seems about right.It seems sturdy so far and it's really fun to play with a giant beach ball! The Ariel theme is a nice touch, the ball is pretty as well as fun.You will need a pump to blow this up, because it is in fact giant. I used a bike pump and my arms got really tired. I also had a small amount of trouble inserting the pump into the valve, I couldn't get the valve to push in at first. I do not plan to deflate it again until winter!

One of my nieces loves Ariel and she was ecstatic when she saw this beach ball. The colors are so vibrant and the design is a beautiful Ariel theme. It was easy to inflate and it's made with quality exterior that's very durable. It held up to all day play in the pool without deflating at all. Couldn't be happier!

This thing is SO BIG. They are not lying when they say it is "Oversized." It is. The reason this is an issue is because it doesn't come with any sort of pump. I have only one other large floatie but it came with a small plastic foot pump. Unless you have one around your house you're going to be stuck blowing this thing up with your mouth and it will take forever and you will be dizzy at the end of it. I don't want to fault them too much for this because it does say that it is oversized on the listing and it's probably not reasonable to expect a pump at this price point, but still, I am not kidding when I say I was surprised at the final size of this. Deflating it afterwards took a full five minutes of effort of me sitting on it. The real issue I had with this thing is while there is every indication that this is an officially licensed item, both my daughter and I gave the item a sideways look before we were like "Yeah, that's Ariel..." There's something off about it. I think maybe it's the fact that the manufacturer chose a narrow color pallet probably to save on printing costs but it just looks a little bit uncanny valley to me. It's got a Disney logo on the box, it says "Disney" and it refers to the item as a "Disney Princess Ariel" pool float so I guess I have to believe that it is. But that doesn't stop it from looking sorta third-rate.
