Good quality, deep flavour
I have been buying this for years from the local deli (same packaging), but they keep selling out.It has a deeper, hammier flavour than Italian prosciutto, the marbling giving it a bit more substance. And, very important, there are no preservatives other than salt.The amazon price is definitely competitive, so what 's not to like?
