I’m a huge fan of Ahiflower - You get so many more omega and more balanced ratio than in fish oil or algae oil, and the palatability is so much better. Fish oil tends to go rancid and nowadays it’s so hard to trust the source of the fish. Ahiflower is vegan and comes from organic farms. I’ve been using this brand specifically since before I was pregnant and all throughout my pregnancy and I feel really good!

I didn't know that Omega 3 is a pain reliever. So, I cannot comment on that. I like these Omegas because they have ALA, EPA and DHA. I used to think we needed to take DHA. That's not true. We need those precursors or our bodies will stop making their own DHA.

I’m impressed by the packaging on this supplement that I ordered from Amazon. High quality cardboard protective sleeve fitting tightly over a glass bottle. Quality sustainable packaging but not at a crazy price.Aside from geeking over the packaging I really like the vegetarian omega 3-6-9 formula that goes a step beyond organic with having regenerative sourced omega oils. Will be adding this one to my daily routine!

I've been taking these for a few weeks, and I haven't really noticed a mind-sharpening effect yet, but I don't mind taking them anyway. They are easy to swallow, don't taste like anything, and I've not had any negative effects.I am also happy knowing that I'm getting in my healthy fatty acids, even I eat poorly that day. It can be hard for me to eat a well-rounded diet, so I like having this extra assurance. I think this is a good bottle to try if you want to start taking omegas.
