It says 12 X 16 inches, but mine was closer to 13 X 16 inches on the bottom, and 11.5 X 16 inches on the top, it narrowed a bit.

Q: Can the pieces be glued side-by-side to form a longer piece for a sign/decor piece?

This wood is not suitable for gluing/fastening together. I've ordered numerous pieces and they all vary slightly in size and the edges are not perfectly straight.
