I love the texture and the flavor of these noodles. They stay firm and yet are chewy. They were a good price and lower in calories and carbs then a lot of the others that I could see. They're very easy to prepare and are ready in 3 minutes.

Pros: Inexpensive compared to other high protein Ramen, Low fat due to Air dry and not fried, High Protein, taste is neutral & will take on whatever broth or sauce you make, NOT made in China. Cons: texture is a little soft when cooked and less bounce than regular Ramen, the Noodle cakes are extremely brittle and was already breaking down in the bag when opened. I would probably buy again due to high protein and high fiber, but hoping that that they work on the formula so the dry noodles are not so brittle and hold up better in bag.

This was surprisingly tasty. It cooks up incredibly fast and is great for when you just need a quick bite. It is very satisfying.Excellent with a bit of olive oil, garlic, nutritional yeast, and onion powder.

This product shows that every thing can't be made into a ramen noodle. They because mushy and undercooked at the same time. The flavor was bland. I will continue to get my moringa in another way.

Wow! If you are a noodle lover..these noodles are truly amazing. Better then rice noodles, better then cheap ramen. Way more protein and FIBER too! As a Certified Nutritionist.. this is a better choice. Learn to make some amazing Asian broths and you will be in noodle heaven with these. I just dumped my noodles into a Tom Yum Coconut soup base.. holy moly!!

I tried the variety first and decided this one is my favorite. Just ordered only this one for the second time. I use this for lunch adding my own seasonings and vegetables for a delicious nutritious meal. Three stars only because this box arrived unsealed partially ripped and the noodles are broken up into a lot of small pieces. I could hear the pieces shaking in the box before opening it. It's supposed to be in five individual servings but it's not this time. The expiration date is good and the inner package is unopened so I know they are still okay to eat just not conveniently separated as before when I ordered them.

Reasonable. For a low carb noodle, it's pretty close to normal. I would really use this instead of packaged ramen noodles for soup. This came with no soup base so you need to make you're own broth. I also really like the nutdles brand. It's was a little chewie. So while this isn't as high protein, it had a better texture. So depending on what you're coming and what you're goal is, this may be better for you. Tastes like a normal noodle to me.
