ive had trouble with gout for years. i have it under control,but due to the gout,the knuckle on my big toe is....how do i say...distorted.ok,ive got a GIANT bunion. it only bothers me when i wear my big guy truck driver boots (i drive a truck) these pads are AWESOME! they do the trick. i imagine they would work for a blister on the heel or any other rub point. buying in bulk is WAYYY cost effective. like .30 cents each,instead of .95 cents each. hey,it adds up. great product,good service,thanks.(my toe thanks you too...)

Not wide and long enough to stay in place

There's a reason my grandma wore these when I was a kid...the same reason I'm wearing them now - becuase they work. Other "cushions" often create pressure and give you pain, if you have hallux valgus. I will say I have found a little hack...take a very small piece of a cotton ball and cover the adhesive part of this cover, so it doesn't stick to your bunion, which HURTS when you pull it off. All the others have adhesive in the middle as well, which really is not smart. It irritates the very point you need relief from. Anyway, I've tried 'em all and these are the best!

Have used this item before and decided this was an excellent buy instead of getting one package at a time. They have made a big difference in relieving the pain of the bunions on both big toes. Hope they keep them in stock as I am sure I will be buying again!

I thought I was going to live with bunion pain for the rest of my life. Now, at the first sign of it, I put one of these over the bunion, and the pressure is entirely relieved. The adhesive lasts several days, even with showers, and by the time it wears off, I am out of the woods and won't need one again for a while (depending upon my level of activity, and which orthotics I have to wear for all my other foot pains). This pack of 48 will probably last me more than a year. One of the better values for the money that I have spent on anything.

The Copyright 2015 version (blue packaging) was quite good. This version, Copyright 2020 (yellow + purple packaging) is unacceptable. The bunion cushions don't stick!!! Very weak adhesion upon first application -- comes off before I put on my sock.

These are great bunion cushions, because they stick well, are not too bulky, and provide protection. They work for me but I know that finding the right protection for foot issues is very personal. But for me, they are so wonderful I've ordered a lot. Once you get a product for one specific use, sometimes you find other uses for it. I have what appears to be a bone spur on my second toe, bottom side, so putting one of these cushions across the toe before I put my shoe on actually helps. After a while I forget it is on and it provides enough "padding" to minimize or stop the pain when I walk.
