No stomach upset!
The soft gels are not too large and are so smooth they swallow with ease. I have been taking extra Magnesium for several years on the advice of my doctor. She didn’t specify which type, so I researched it and found that glycinate or taunted are the best for heart palpitations. This one is glycinate and is working very well.

Didn’t work and hard to swallow
I was excited to find this combination of magnesium glycinate in soft gel form as I hate taking those large capsules. My excitement turned to disappointment, however, as there is nothing soft about these softgels. They are as hard as a rock! It literally felt like I was swallowing marbles and they hit uncomfortably inside my throat even with lots of water. I finally quit as this product did not help in any way with getting me to sleep.
