Not sure if it's supposed to smell like bait sitting out in the sun all day?
Growing up and living on the East Coast I've been around docks with stinky bait and this is exactly what this smelled like. The odor made me gag and I had to throw it away unfortunately. Not sure if this is what it's supposed to smell like but I was unable to eat it.

if you go to add shrimp flavor to a stock, then go for it, but don’t expect to add any more than just some flavor.

I thought these would add some extra flavor to foods but once the vacuum seal was broke it smelled so bad I only used the shrimp once and wound up throwing it away.
