Comfortable, supportive, reduced pain
This is my first Amazon review and I’m writing because I got my brace today and put it on and it’s great and I wanted to refute a couple of the bad reviews that I think inaccurate. Maybe they have improved the design but I don’t understand why some reviewers say the Velcro hooks scrape their skin. With the one I got the Velcro hooks are nowhere near my skin and it’s very comfortable and supportive. I’m not sure how the Velcro could touch my skin and I’m wearing it on my bare skin. I also don’t agree that the straps are too complicated like some people said. The straps were actually great and I liked that they can be tightened on both the top and bottom of leg in 4 ways depending on where it is loose or tight. Just wrap the brace securely first before threading the straps and you should be fine. Also I needed the largest size and it actually fits great. I’m recovering from injury and this very supportive brace works great so that I can actually manage to get out of bed when absolutely needed without severe pain.

Nice Balance of Comfort and Stability
Very comfortable fit and stability. Although they should make an XL size. The large was too small and the XXL is slightly too big with my thigh size of 20" and calf of 18".

You may have to fix a flaw.
I've recently ordered a second brace after having experience with the first brace. For the price, this brace is sturdy, and comfortable, and fairly easy to use. The brace is for occasional use, only.My four stars could have been five stars because, on the first brace, two straps that are used to tighten the brace are not one-piece straps, but are actually two straps "welded" together, and the welded joint does not hold; and the strap pulls apart, and is too short to be useful. The "welded" joint seems to glued, rather than sewn on, and it is joint is defective.

decent brace at a great price
genuinely surprised at how well this fits and works for the price! it's a bit of a hassle to get on, and doesn't look smooth or anything. But it stays on, gives solid support, and isn't too hot as leg braces go. And the padding around the hinges means I'm not worried about it tearing up my clothes and furniture! At the price point, an incredible brace! I'm getting a second one!Edit: bought the beige one and if anything I like it even better! I do advise wearing some kind of fabric sleeve under it for comfort, but would say the same of any leg brace. Highly recommending these!

Sparthos Knee Brace - Relieves ACL, MCL, Meniscus Tear
The 3 star rating is based on my practical use of this knee brace. I wanted something sturdy and supportive and this brace certainly provides that. The size chart also seems to be accurate. The problem I had is the design of the brace is just too much. I watched the video and it looked simple enough to use, however, in practice, it is quite cumbersome to put on. Once on, it works and feels good. But there are so many velcro straps and some are too long, that you spend time untangling it all. You first wrap the brace around your knee and where the 2 ends meet behind the knee and you overlap them using the velcro strips on the brace to hold it in place, both at the top and at the bottom. Meanwhile, you are navigating around the 4 extra long velcro straps that are hanging. Once you have secured the brace at the top and bottom by overlapping it behind your knee, then you start the process of feeding the 4 velcro straps through their designated hoops. If you find the brace isn't snug enough you have to re-do the overlapping portions behind your knee. If you try to make the brace more snug by tightening the velcro straps, then the sections you overlapped become bunched up. Like I said, once I could get it properly adjusted, it felt great and offered great support. But I found the process of putting it on more than I wanted to deal with on a daily basis. I had to return it...too much work. Sizing chart was accurate for me.

Great, simploe prducts affordable and helpful
VERY comfortable , FAST delivery. These braces work better that some that cost over $1,000 custom. They give great support and give more mobility than may that are bigger or more cumbersome or expensive! YEAH.

Order several sizes up, runs on the small side size wise
Looks modern and works well. Runs small so order at least a couple sizes up if your on the heavier side(a must) have to sister who has a torn meniscus she loves it, says it's her best one. Comfortable hinges work well if order again!,

Well-Made and Supportive, but Very Restrictive
This brace is solidly built and clearly made with quality materials. It’s easy to put on and adjust, and it does provide strong support, especially for those recovering from ACL or MCL injuries. However, I found it significantly limited my ability to bend my knee. It felt very encumbering during movement, and despite the support, my kneecap still felt somewhat unstable. It might work well for someone needing more rigid stabilization, but for me, it was a bit too restrictive for everyday use.Overall, it’s a durable, supportive option—but be aware that mobility may be significantly sacrificed for stability.
