Im no doctor. But here is my anecdotal experience using Ginko.It might be placebo, but I feel just a tad sharper in my day if I take this as recommended in the morning. I feel as though I can recall a tad more than usual.I will note, I suffered severe retrograde amnesia in my mid 20s, and have generally found my short term memory to be crap compared to before. This kind of off-sets it a bit and makes me feel more normal. Like I can recall the proper amount.It is not a miracle cure for anything. But I do feel its better to take than not for me.Please note, I do NOT take any other medications on a day to day basis, only Ginko.This particular brand was nice to get a larger bottle of TABLET style Ginko. I prefer these over the CAPSULE, as capsule gelatin tends to upset my stomach. The tablets dont bother me at all, its just a pressed tablet with ginko extract and no gelatin. Also cost effective.DO NOT TAKE IF:You are diabeticYou are epileptic or have problems with SeizuresYou have a bleeding disorder or are on medication that makes you bleed more easily.Please check if you take any medications that they do not interact with Ginko, Use google!

I have considered Ginkgo Biloba to be a miracle drug for me. I started taking nootropics months ago to help me get through the afternoon slump, and I found that Gingko Biloba was a common factor in all helpful supplements that I have taken. This is my first time taking Gingko Biloba by itself, not blended in a formula with other nootropics. Unfortunately, I have found it to not work as well on its own as it does when it is part of a formula. I still get tired in the afternoon while taking this supplement, despite getting a full night’s rest. That’s not to say that this supplement is not high quality, but rather that it did not work for the purpose I intended.

I can't think of a single thing to dislike about this product. The price is right. The rapid delivery by Amazon was great. But the size of the tablet is the what made me order this Gingko Biloba! The fact that it is great for my mental health is a point not to be missed. Hopefully it will help with my memory problems. I am over the moon happy with this product!

I usually give 4 stars for supplements and rarely 5 stars, just because it's not like I can quantify exactly how a supplement works. That's my reason for giving this gingko biloba 4 stars as well. The bottle came sealed, everything looked good, and I haven't had any problems with it. It's not like I can say exactly what it's doing for my health, but I feel like this is a good product!

Did not see any benefit. I tried to return but item not returnable
