Organic Oat Grotes
Love oat grotes for breakfast. I make a big batch each week I add a very ripe banana, chia seeds, flax seed, cinnamon, tumeric, and rice cauliflower to make a healthy and yummy bowl. Add berries when finished cooking and enjoy

Excellent product!!
These oats are amazing! I would often put them through my Vitamix just to break the hulls before I cook them in my slow cooker. That makes them a little more creamy. Not necessary though because they are super yummy cooked as they are. Super happy with this product!

The best oats
This is my favorite kind of oats. They take hours to make but its worth it. Love the texture and flavor. I boil them then switch to a simmer for several hours. Then let them sit overnight off the heat. Of course they are much more expensive.

Great quality oat groats
I bought these for my cocktail bird. Oat groats in the pet sections usually come in small portions and are often sold out. My bird LOVES these oat groats! He is a talker and will ask me, "whataya doin?" When he wants a refill.. so freaking cute 😍 so happy to have found these!

Delicious hulless oats
These oats have a completely different texture, flavor, and appearance than Montana Gluten Free's organic hulless oats (nee Rocky Mountain Rice), but they're extremely flavorful with an excellent texture. I'd love to see them available in a larger size; it's rather inefficient and expensive to buy them in these tiny 2.5lb bags. I crack these oats (for "steel cut" texture), flake them, grind them for flour, etc. They are larger groats than the RMR variety, so take a bit longer to cook unless you flake them extremely thin.

They sprout.
I use these to sprout to make whole grain sprouted bread and these all have near 100% germination. Most oats need to be mechanically processed and/or heat/steam treated to remove the inedible hulls which damages the oat kernel necessary to germinate, the hulless varieties lose their hulls during the harvesting/threshing process so no need for steam treatment or rough mechanical hulling. If you don't need to germinate the groats then any hulled oat groats would be fine for preparation of cooking or making flour. One other advantage of hulless varieties is that they are relatively higher in protein than hull varieties, 15 - 20% vs 9-12% if that is important to you.

Tasty!
Meant for steel-cut afficionados who are ready to move up to the whole oat kernel. Excellent!
