These rainbow acrylic sheets are absolutely gorgeous. I used a laser cutter to make stand up Christmas trees, and ornaments. Everyone commented on how pretty they were. There was a small discrepancy in the width of the sheet (I measured before cutting), and just had to adjust for that when cutting (the sheets I received were slightly smaller in width). One downside is that in some spots on my cut, you can see small burn marks on my project. I think this was more my error learning how to use the correct settings on the laser cutter. Each sheet comes protected with peel off plastic, which prevents scratches. Also, if etching, make sure to brush or blow off your etchings, because if you wipe it off, those tiny particles might scratch the surface. I would purchase again!

All of them were packaged well on the outside but when I opened the film they had chips and scratches.

It's a really cool acrylic for laser cutting, and would work well if you're just needing some general shapes and it doesn't need to look perfect. The iridescent effect is achieved with a thin film that is applied to the acrylic, and there appear to be specs of dirt/dust between the layers, so you don't get a perfect surface. If you engrave letters it will often peel up the iridescent film while removing the protective film in small areas. So be careful.

Just received my sheets today I am planning to make a cube.I was expecting these to be imitation rainbow...static array of color like in pictures, but these are legit holographic seen from either side unsure which side looks best, I can't wait to assemble, glue is coming Saturday and I'll gave to trim three down for a perfect square hopefully I can do it without damaging the sheet or finishes....I am a huge fanatic of all things holographic and these are incredible

This acrylic is what my childhood fantasies were made of! So shiny and rainbow-y but in pastels. Just beautiful!
