Ignore the 1, 2 & 3 star reviews. This bag is perfect. The lock code IS easy to change, it holds ALOT (puffer coat in stuff sack, water bottle, wallet, wet wipes, hotspot device, phone, tablet & small pill container) and it’s comfortable to wear.

Bought this for my dad and he's a pretty modern guy. He doesn't like fanny packs and he travels often but doesn't like big bags either. He was really impressed with this bag, the security features on it like locking the zippers, the USB port to charge his phone, the durability of it. It's nice and the size is perfect for him.

I bought this bag for my 30+ day trip to Europe. It is a very comfortable bag that does not chafe or annoy your neck like other bags do. I loved the fact that It has a Lock combo on it so that it makes it harder for pickpockets. The bag is actually very spacious. At one point in time I was able to fit two standard wine bottles (that's my unit of measurement) in here perfectly fine in the big pouch. The outside of the bag did get wet like expected but, none of my items inside got wet. The zipper holds up fine and no stitching came undone anywhere on the bag. I also put a airtag in the big pocket that locks because my theory was if the bag itself gets stolen and its locked then I could technically find my bag as long as they haven't thrown out the air tag yet. Its just what i did to give myself more peace of mind and thankfully I did not have to put the theory to the test.

I’ve already received compliments for how stylish this bag is. I bought it for my travel plans. I plan to keep my water bottle, iPad, charger, umbrella and small purchases in this bag. Will also work great on long flights to keep items within reach and out of the overhead compartment or under your seat.

easy to change lock password. well made. don't listen to the people who say that the lock is hard to change when its not.

I would give this product a 3.5. It's not necessarily a bad product however it's too slim for it to be functional. There's sufficient padding for your laptop however unless you're just carrying a laptop and a notebook and wallet, this bag isn't really functional for much else. As a female the strap is a bit awkward and doesn't lay the cleanest across the chest which makes it less comfortable for longer hiking or walking down the street. It can also be a bit annoying to combo open your bag every single time however, I appreciate the locking aspect.

Get it and you won't be disappointed. You may or may not get a key because I didn't but I was lucky enough to get the instructions which helped me set my own code.
