Great wheel. Postage and customs detail/communication could be better. You get an attempted delivery notification when it’s handed over to the UK partner. But no one explains what’s happening or who the UK partner is. You just think you missed a delivery and the wheel goes ‘missing’. What’s happened is it’s with a UK partner iPARCELFORCE but no-ones bothered to tell you this. Headlining this significant details would help new customers greatly as you can’t organise a redelivery if you’ve no idea where the package is. A whole day off work wringing around all possible carriers got it found. There’s a small customs import fee of £20-30 as well before they’ll deliver it to you.However, once the wheel’s unboxed and installed all the stress fades away. Magnificent bit of carbon. Light, fast, strong - very happy with this wheel. I’ll happily buy more wheels from them when new build(s) come about.

I have been using this carbon wheel for a month now with no issues, pretty good quality. The communication from the seller has been excellent, answered and resolved my queries very quickly. Definitely recommend!
