I 100% RECOMMEND BUYING FROM LEAL. I've bought from many vendors online, but leal is top notch. My plants come with hardly any damage to the leaves. Very minimal root rot if any. My veitchii came with a few rotted roots but has TONS of healthy roots. So if this baby dies it's me. Not the company. This is the healthiest king I have ever received through the mail. And from what I've read their customer service is awesome. This company sells QUALITY plants. You may find a plant cheaper through another vendor like ecuagenera. But let me tell you, the chances that the plant is as healthy as the ones from leal is very slim.

Beautiful But Unhealthy
When I first got my plant it was beautiful with only a couple burn spots and a little root rot but soon after planting it a terracotta pot, it died within a week. I may have missed a few rotten roots and that just completely destroyed it. I’ll be purchasing healthier plants elsewhere for now on.

A beautiful plant but with a burned leaf hole when received.
Then after a couple of days became two burned leaf holes and leaves turning yellow. I hope this plant will survive. I’ll keep posted for the update.

Healthy plants
Overall I’m happy with my plant order the plants were packaged very well and secure with a styrofoam lining to the box which I think is a great idea. The plants are healthy and have a great root system. I also received a small gift plant that I appreciate. My only issue is with the size of the plants I received vs the cost.
