These are awesome and good quality. I’m able to perform all the same exercises as the more expensive dopa bands. I have the red ones and it’s decent resistance. Considering getting the lighter for my kids.

Great price/ quality
Been using this for my boxing workouts. I put the bands around my waist and tie it to a pole before doing power shots on my trainer's mitts. They not only work great but price is reasonable.
