Quality belt
I lost a $75 medical grade trochanter belt while traveling and bought this as a replacement. I like it even better! Quality materials and nice Velcro ( not so strong I have to fight with it. )

It’s just no help to me.😱
I tried to ware the belt daily, and while I slept and sorry to say it was of no help. When I wore the belt against my bare skin, I got a slight skin reaction. I gave it about 20 days.No help to me.I went to a spinal specialist. After checking myMRI he suggested I go the physical therapy process.Physical Torcher

Provides excellent lumbar support. I like that you can adjust the tension. Appears to be well made. It definitely helped support my lumbar spine and relieve pain. I would recommend this product.
