Soft and snuggly ❤️
The wool is incredibly soft and snuggly! My daughter used it for crocheting, and she created some beautiful little animals. It’s thick and easy to work with, with no splitting, which makes the process enjoyable. Plus, the variety of colors is fantastic, and it’s great value for money. Highly recommend!

Thick and soft wool
Brought as part of a Christmas present. They've not used it yet but from a first look it's a lovely thick soft wool. A nice dark navy blue which I hope will look good when made. Good value for money in my opinion and seems to be a good quality

Truly thick
The quality is top notch for the price, so thick and soft, and can make an extra large beanie with 1 and half!

Knitting
The yarn is of good quality and the colour is just like it is in the pictures and you can pull it quite a bit and it won't break. It is great to use when knitting a scarf or blanket.

End product looks nice but texture is strange
I have bought other colours of this yarn before and for the most part they work up very nice and fluffy, especially the baby pink which I am a fan of. For some reason, only the royal blue colour of this yarn feels… crusty? It is almost as if the fibres were soaked in something and left to dry. For this reason it is not so easy to work from in this colour as it tends to catch, but the end result still ends up looking fluffy. The texture, however, is not so nice at all. I’m not sure if it was the particular batch I got in my order, but this is the first time I have worked with the royal blue so I couldn’t say for certain. This is not like Flutterby yarn where the fluffy fibres spun around a couple of small threads, this is almost like the fibres are attached to a fabric tube. This is good as it tends to keep its gauge when working up the yarn and it doesn’t shed nearly as much as brands like Flutterby, so you can stitch tight but still achieve the nice fluffy looking finish. For all colours of this yarn, I find the size of the ball and the weight of the yarn means you will go through skeins like hotcakes. For a medium sized amigurumi base, I had to use 2 balls of this yarn, so I’m not too happy with the amount of product. If you buy, it may be wise to order a few more than you think you may need. All in all it is an ok budget yarn, but be warned your final products may not feel soft and fluffy with this particular royal blue colourway!
