Ita really nice and branded fan with nice design and features.

It's difficult to install on your own..Coz the remote installation is tricky..I suggest to hire one electrician to do this....And the remote hardly work...I have to press the button manier times to change the power..One worst point about Amazon is that they send the Jun 2019 model.1 year old model. This is not acceptable

This product looks good but doesn't perform well, after fitting the fan in its location it worked only for 4 days after that the remote stopped working and I tried to power ON it started smelling like something burning in it.After Registered complaint on company website just received a phone call nothing else, I waited for one week no one showed up from the company ; I tried to call service center no one answered.Very poor service and low quality product; after buying the product customer feels like fudge.I highly recommend please don't buy the product as it's of poor quality and the brand ,who is selling it does not response to your complaint.

I've been using two fans for last 5 yes and believe me there is no complain about these fans. It runs 24*7 in summer but never stopped. Everything is good till now.

No remote control in the fan received. Cost was for one with remote. Earlier remote was found broken hence replaced with this one. Due to paucity of time couldn't return it.

Fan appearance and aesthetic quality is very good , speed performance is good . Only downgrade i find was remote control operation. Fan did not work on no 1 speed button, no 2 was faster compared to number 3 , no 4& 5 were ok .

I am just using the fan for few days . Till now it has no problem. To give the fan reliable certificate the fan and remote should works at least two years and cross the warranty period. Again now in January 2020 I can say it is good product. Five speed remote is working good. It has 2,4,6 and 8hrs.timer. For controlling fan at low room temperature with speed and timer in combination with room AC very helpful lying in bed.
