Wires aren't labeled, but easy enough to figure it out
The wires are completely unlabeled.... It was not too bad figuring out, but I wish there was a little documentation. The super short lead with a plug on it is as follows:RED: 5VGREEN: DataWHITE: GndHowever, there are also two green wires sticking out of each end. Have to look at the first or last pixel to figure them out. For my set, the one with the black stripe was Gnd, the other +5V. As I only have one set, I can not be sure if each is manufactured with the wires the same way around.I ran a few sketches that cycle all of the pixels through their colors, and it does appear that they all work, and they are fairly bright. Overall I'm quite satisfied with this string of pixels!

Good cheap lights
These 5v lights work well but they are built with small wires so plan on adding power injection between every string of lights if you connect multiple strings together.

Great for Christmas light decor
The media could not be loaded. Bought 3 of these (150 led bulbs) to demo on a Christmas tree this year. Connected it to my arduino and used the neopixel library and in a matter of minutes had a decent light show for my little ones to enjoy. Chaining more lights together didn't have enough power draw and if I add more I'll need power injection, but for these I added 1000uf capacitors at the beginning of each strand of 50 leds and it smoothed the visuals and power draw out more evenly. Plan on getting more to build a pixel matrix to decorate the house for next year.

Computer programmable pretty lights!
These work great. They are well-made, they are bright, and a lot of fun! This is just a string of lights..... you will need a proper power supply and a controller. For the latter I am using an Arduino board.

Perfect Xmas tree programmable LED strings
Grabbed these to join/start in the programmable club of LEDs. Work great! Super glad we got these the green wire means they blend perfectly into the Christmas tree. Really easy to figure out which wire does what just follow the wires onto the LED which connect to the side with the arrow to show which way the data goes. The 7” tree needed 6 strands to fill it out, ran some power injection and separate transformers so I could use the laptop type transformers as I have young children which the LEDS being 5v and fully water proof is great for kids too. Used in combination with WLED (Wi-Fi Xmas tree) and have them running from Xlights which my daughter loves to dance along too. Went ahead and put them on the Santa sign only needed 1 String which means I was able to power off USB. Wish they had a multi pack at a discount as would love to build more pieces, got the bug now that these strings made things super easy and Xmas decorations a lot more fun and interactive. Ordered 7 strings all arrived in perfect condition.

Good LED's suitable for inside or outside
The media could not be loaded. These are nice LED's that can be used inside or outside. Note that you will need something to control them with. I'm currently using an Arduino to control them but have tested them with a simple controller that can be controlled with an IR remote as well. Due to the nature of the lights being 5 volts, connecting more then one string can cause the lights further down the chain to fade (especially on full white) when attaching more then one string of LED's. These lights are RGB so make sure any other lights are connecting to it are RGB as well. The IR remote that came with the lights produced Red lights when I clicked the Green button and vice versa.

Beware color mismatches between production runs.
I've ordered these three years in a row. This year, the colors didn't quite match the previous two years. This isn't noticeable on primary colors, but, for example, yellow (full red and green) is noticeably a different hue. (more red) In addition, very dim values appear significantly different in brightness. (the new ones dim slower) As a result, I can't use this year's strand on the same tree. If anything, the new calibration is actually better, so its a little hard to call this a fault. But it would have been nice if the product info had mentioned this was the case. (batch or year number or something..) The moral of the story is to order at one time as many as you will ever want for a particular installation. Don't buy 250 this year and hope to add 100 more later.Otherwise, these are great LEDs. Drive them with an Arduino and your favorite FastLED/NeoPixel library. I use TreeV2 from "Evil Genius Labs" and/or the ESP32 port called "ESP32 FastLED Web Server." You can find these on the web and on GitHub. Relevant wiring tips are available on said projects. Also, be sure to inject power every 3 strands or so. Otherwise, the LEDs will run out of power at brighter values and accumulated voltage drop will result in red hues. To be clear, the new non-color-matching strand was installed in between two originals, not at the end. So power was not the cause of the mismatch.

Better than I expected
Work great and have great build quality. The family loved the colors and their brightness was more than I expected in a good way
