I Have used a electric wheelchair for over 10 years, so i feel qualified to write the following. The chair is underpowered,, making it difficult to maneuver is tight places, you have to put up the power to get it to move, Using the chair outside going to the local shop was a frightening experience as the chair follows the camber of the path more so on dropped kerbs it feels like it wanted to go into the road of its own free will and leaves you fighting to get it back on the path. With one battery the range is about 3 miles,useless for shopping trips. Pluss it is very heavy to put into a astra estate boot. Finish is good, comfort is poor, i am in my chair from 7am to 9pm with the odd 1 hour in an easy chair. The back rest needs more padding and a 2/3 degree backwards tilt. There is no adjustment on the foot plate leaving the user hugging their knees. The tiller has a poor design my tiller is tilted outward by 5 % making it hard to maneuver. I have found your website to be sell sell, no spares listing, ie spare wheels, batteries, or other parts. and no contact info. I know it is a new design chair and in my humble opinion the above adjustments 'would make this a good home and shopping chair,but for now it defeats the object as it has to much of go its own way and not the users.
