Beautiful Chandelier. Must have time and patience, do not rush.
This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous, well worth the money and the time to install. We are extremely happy with it. If you purchase this item and think you can install it in a few hours, think again. You must be willing to put in the time and have the patience and it will payoff in the end. We rented scaffolding from the local home improvement store as our ceiling in that room is 16 ft. Do not try to install this with a tall ladder as you might kill yourself. The scaffolding was not that expensive, and we rented it for two days. We cleared the whole weekend and focused on installing this and were glad we did. It looks better than I imagined. Have patience to do it right, and you will not be disappointed. The vendor/seller was very helpful with questions as well, so don't hesitate to reach out to them if needed.

Looks Great Once It's Up
Being honest, I didn't know if I was expecting a lot from this chandelier. It looked like one of those products that looks good on an advertisement, but never looks the same once you own it. I can say clearly, this looks amazing once you get it up. Getting organization an inserting the crystal balls into the hooks moves faster with someone holding the crystal ball for you as someone else bends and inserts the two hook ends. This is repeated for all the large balls you see in the image that wraps around the chandelier. It's something that you can turn into a game. A little secret though, do not pull any of the wires out of its bag. Simply find the end that will hook into the crystal ball and just pull that end slightly out of the bag. This is done to ensure the wires don't tangle all up. Simply close the bag and finish all of your ball to hook assembly. Now the base is another monster. Having someone who knows what they are doing is essential for this. Our electrician isn't a decorative individual, but he knew our ceiling wasn't strong enough for this large base, and it is large. He went in the attic and did a little reinforcing with 2x4 and what ever else he did, the point I'm making here is it's doable, but you may not have a light in the rear end ceiling. When it' time to hook the bags content with the balls inside, whoever is attaching them to the base that is now secured on the ceiling will start from the inside and work around to the outside, not complicated at all. In terms of the light, I opted to go with a smart light that could be controlled by the smartlife app from the App Store. That's not a hard process either. I selected https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09MKH6S2F?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 These lights come as a 4-pack so the base required 13 bulbs, which required a purchase of 4 boxes with 3 bulbs left for any needed change. All together, I am over happy with this chandelier. It will lift heads for sure.

It is a big project but worth it!
We ordered the 40 inch diameter chandelier. It took few weeks to arrive. As others mentioned it is pretty heavy and there is a lot of assembly work to be planned. Even with a full size scaffold it is not easy so plan accordingly. Once done the results are worth it. Unfortunately pictures do not do any justice. I am very happy with the product. Customer service is very quick too in case you have a question. Definitely you need to reinforce with some wood in case you have drywall ceiling. Again it is a big project but worth it!

I love this chandelier!
The media could not be loaded. This chandelier is absolutely beautiful!I hired an electrician to install. When he opened the box we both felt overwhelmed. I looked at him like this is going to cost me an arm and two legs and he looked at me like what did I get myself into.So to save me money and him some time, I decided to separate everything and attach the balls to the end of the wires. It took him about an hour and a half to install the box because he had to add more 2x4s to make it more sturdy. It took me about 3 hours to put the balls on the wires then took him about 3 hours to install the wires to the box.It was not hard to do but it did take a lot of time. The way it was packaged made it easier to understand the instructions and install. I would definitely recommend this chandelier to anyone who is in the market for one.

Not recommend
Difficult to assemble. Light bulbs are expensive and not included. I do not recommend it took us the whole day of assembling and putting it up.
