The first one came with a small tear on the fabric but thanks to amazon for quickly sending a replacement. It is very sturdy and comfortable and came with clear instructions and labeled screws to avoid confusion.

The media could not be loaded. I brought this chair for my 16 year old son for his study table. Searched a lot & zeroed on this chair after reading lot of reviews.Pros:Firstly the chair looks good & matches my furniture:)Secondly I assembled it myself without any help though it took me some time, so better take some helping hand but honestly you will figure out if you see thier installation video.Thirdly, all adjustments work fine like lumbar support, neck support, up & down movements & recliner with lock function.Fourthly, comfort is good, I mean seat cushion is good with thigh support, handrest cushion is also good & it flips up if you want to move the chair below the table or you can lower the height. Recliner function is good to after you sit for long time helps to rest but better stand up & walk a few steps.Ease to dissemble as well if you want to move to different place like hostel etc.Cons:One thing which I was expecting was a metal base which would have given more confidence while sitting or leaning back though the whole chair is of polycarbonate plastic but is quite heavy & is fine even when ur reclining. You won't be get a scared of falling back. Lumbar Support should have been paded so that it would have touched ur lower back giving perfect support.Though I am writing this review in one day so cannot comment on the durability.Rest all is fine, good value for money product got it for approx 9.5K after CC Discount. Go for it you won't regret for sure:) this beautiful dual colour chair for you home.

Look and Feel:- The build quality is really good. It feels very sturdy.- The chair looks classy and feels like a premium unit. The colors are sober and feel good to the eye. The chair has a feel-good aesthetic vibe. Everything else in the house now looks slightly outdated so aesthetic wise the chair will look a lot better when paired with a white table.- Since the entire chair is purely white in color, we have to be extra careful. Only in the long term I will come to know whether the colour changes to yellow and how difficult would it be to remove stains or dirt from it. For now, to me this is one of the best looking office chairs I have come across.Usability:- The assembly of the chair was pretty simple. You get a page that lists the items in the box and instructions to assemble the chair which is quite user friendly, but could have been slightly better.- The height adjustment is very smooth and feels very premium. It's really smooth. We have Steelcase chairs in my office and each of them cost around 60k INR. The gas lifter of this Drogo chair feel as good as the Steelcase chairs, so it totally feels like a steal deal for me. I used to use a non-branded cheap office chair at home in the past and the gas lifter was okay at first but when left unused for a while, it stopped being smooth and often needs a strong jerk to make it work. I realised the value of a good gas lifter in a chair after that and decided never to cut costs when it comes to this.- The wheels are super smooth and fun to use.- The recline function is 135 degrees but still feels quite limited.- The headrest if really good and provides good support.- The arm-rests aren't extendable or anything but they can be flipped up which is sometimes useful. The inability to extens the armrest isn't a deal breaker. These armrests are super soft and comfortable.Comfort:- The cushion on the seat is amazing and very comfortable. It's too soon to say how durable the foam is, but for now it does feel premium.- The mesh backrest is pretty good, nothing extraordinary.- The lumbar support is good.- The headrest is good as well. But the adjustability of lumbar support and headrest are quite limited.Verdict:Overall a really good chair. Might appear to be a bit overpriced since there are other chairs in the market that provide a couple of more fancy features than this chair but where Drogo shines is they have not comprmised with the quality of the product. The chair looks really nice and is aesthetically very pleasing, gas lifters work really well, cusioning is great, back support and headrest is good, armrests are of good quality and the flip feature is pretty cool and smooth.

I’ve purchased this chair in 2024 January.Initially it was good, it felt premium. But, after using it for 1 year, I found out truth.1) The iron rod that connects the chair and wheels is of cheap quality. Complete rust is formed (please see picture)2) The hydraulics system failed. The height can’t be adjusted. The height adjusted to the lowest.3) The Iron welding which was poorly welded to connect the seat and the iron rod is broken (please see picture)Overall, I can say that this chair is worth 4000-5000 max. I purchased it for 9500.I regret purchasing this chair.
