Indian Monsoon unroasted Coffee Beans (5LB)

I genuinely like almost all coffees I roast, even when they don't have the profiles of what they're advertised to have. But these were something different. Had none of the characteristics of monsoon malabar/indian monsoon that I've ever roasted (been roasting 15 years), size is off, and the smell (as soon as you open the bag, and once they're roasted) is unappealing, even with some odd chemical-like smell. I had to roast to basically a burnt, espresso+ profile, to get the taste to something palatable (aka: burnt). Pretty bummed
