The barbell for fitness enthusiasts
The barbell is rock solid, built quality is simply superb and offers an overwhelming grip to lift it. The weight of this barbell is almost 20kgs and weight plates can be added easily depending upon your lifting capabilities. In my case- my bench press for chest goes upto 70kgs and squats 80kgs (rod + plates). I'm fully satisfied with this barbell for my weight lifting capacities. The colour combination of shining red in between and black on the outer parts look fantastic. Above all it is sold at an affordable price that one can consider for personal gym or even commercial gym.
