Will it make the finish “white” like acid wash does?

I found if I only spray on and don’t scrub, and then rise off before it dries but has cleaned rally well. Then very little to no white residue at all.

Does this work on factory aluminum clear coated wheels to bring the shine back?

My Guess is no. I bought it to clean the aluminum pontoons on my boat, didn't work hardly at all. I used 600 grit sandpaper to remove the clearcoat on my motorcycle wheels.

Will this etch or damage paint?

I use it to clean under hod of truck and engine,wet area,then spray on let set for 1 minute then rinse off,will take of dirt,has not hurt any of my plastic, wiring or paint,works real good on cleaning sidewall of tires,bit do not spray on polished metals will dull, Would not suggest spraying on a good paint job,but have spray to get on mine,rinsed off and no damage

Anyone tried this on a diamond plate pickup tool box?

My husband used this on aluminum trailer and WOW it came out so clean and bright. Worked great, not sure on a tool box.
