I love that I can wear my bra more comfortably
A proper fitting bra is best. BUT at $60 a pop on a good day, you can't always afford them. That's me right now. Hormonal issues are making me go through bras like crazy right now. My bras were giving me some serious sensory issues prior to buying these liners. I was a hot mess. These liners are fantastic. They cushion the ill fitting wires that were bruising me because the bras have gotten too small. They also prevent skin on skin contact, so no more rashes from sweat. Maybe I'll get six months out of my current bras before I have to get another size now. I bought two packs so they can rest between wears for longer. I also love that they are machine washable.

These have been a life saver!
These bra liners are fantastic! As a figure skater, dealing with sweat can be a hassle, but these liners make a huge difference. They’re super high-quality and fit comfortably without shifting. They absorb sweat effectively, so I stay dry and comfortable during practice. Plus, they’re easy to wash and reuse. Highly recommend!

Helps keep bra from rubbing
I tend to get a rash from sweating and my underwire rubbing on my skin. This has helped with that. It's super soft fabric and feels cool at first touch on the skin. My only "complaint" is that I find it mildly difficult to set into place. I don't know an easier way to put it in place. I put it in my bra after I have hooked it and spun it around before putting my arms in the straps. When I flip the bra up as I'm putting my arms through the straps, it seems to be about where it needs to be but it still needs adjusted. It's almost like the center piece that's made to go in the cleavage area isn't one size fits all. Totally understandable. Anyway, It definitely helps keep sweat from forming in my underboob area and causing a rash. The fabric is very soft, almost silky, and cool to the touch. After the gym I can just pull the sweaty liner out and hand wash in the sink and it's ready for use the next day and I can continue wearing my sport bra without getting a rash. I do wear it to work (when I take the time to insert it) just for the comfort of it. I bought the size Medium and I'm a bra size 36D or 34DD and I do have implants from 12 years ago so I don't have any sag and my skin contact is minimal. I think I'm to the point where I need to not wear underwire anymore due to aging and weight gain and lack of comfort. I buy all my bras from SOMA and they are high quality comfortable bras. I am now 50yrs old and my body is changing and my future bras will be wireless, however, I will continue to use these liners when doing yard work, at the gym, or where ever I will work up a sweat.

Helps so much making my bra more comfortable!!!!
I have a very large chest and a smaller ribcage (I'm a 36I), and so bras that fit and are supportive enough, often the underwire digs in and leaves red marks and is really painful. I got these to try to make my supportive bras more comfortable and they worked so well!!! No red marks and I was able to wear my bra comfortably all day long!!!If you're on the fence about getting this, don't be!! My only regret is that I didn't find this sooner!!!(I don't know about the sweat absorption, but I live in Florida so I'm sure I'll find out this summer.)

Good but MAKE IT WIDER!
If this thing was wider I would rate it 15 stars. I took the advice of the person who said get half the size of your band width and that was good advice. The length is not the problem. It goes arm pit to arm pit. I have HUGE boobs so mine sag way down because the weight of them. As a result there is a huge gap between underneath my breast and where my boob actually sits on my stomach. This little piece of material is not wide enough to go directly under my breast and reach all the way to my stomach. I bought it primarily because my bra (although the correct size) digs into my skin so bad I have permanent discoloration. So I position it to go under the underwire. So the middle tab is nowhere near between my breasts. It does move a little throughout the day and I have to readjust which I wouldn’t have to do if it was wider. It really absorbs sweat and doesn’t smell bad by the next day. It does take about 2 days to dry. It keeps my bras from smelling like sweat. Make it wider and it would be perfection!

Best under bra liner I've found
Tried others. They were skinny and thin. Very poor coverage. This product offers many sizes; gives good instructions for measuring. It is thick, soft, comfortable. I wear front hook bras and need some protection from the hooks. Used to use bandanas. These liners give just the protection I need

GREAT, if you get the right size!
Love these! They are lightly padded, soft fabric liners to absorb perspiration under and between the breasts, and they do the job. I want to make perfectly clear that the size chart under the description is very misleading. If you order according to your dress size, you will end up with liners that are way too long that will go all the way around your body. So, unless that's what you want, here's how you size these: measure halfway around your body under your breasts (should be about ½ your band size). I used the size chart on this brand's 100% cotton liners to figure out what to get. Small is 14", Med is 18", Large 26", XL 30", XXL 36". In my case, my band size is 36, so I ordered Medium at 18"--perfect fit, no struggling, no alterations needed. If I had ordered by my XL dress size I would have wound up with one that would've gone all the way around my back--I'm not flexible enough to install that! I don't personally find underwire bras uncomfortable if it fits correctly, but I bought these for my shapeware that doesn't require the wearing of a bra. Because it doesn't have underwires, it tends to give me a uniboob effect, and I get sweaty in them. Slip these liners in and I get some separation and moisture absorption. I chose bamboo over 100% cotton because cotton stays wet longer once it's wet, so bamboo is more comfortable to me. Nicely made product that's much better than the scrap of fabric folded up that I had used before.
