Stopped working after 8 months of use.
It completely broke down after 8 months of use. Started observing that the water pressure started reducing after 5 months of use. The sprayer also required more regular charging after only 4 months of use. Today, it started leaking through the charging port and then it kept running even after pressing the off button. Worse part is, you can not open the sprayer to troubleshoot yourself. Aliexpress sells the same product for half the price. Honestly, not worth the value. For 50 quid I expect things to work for at least a year.

Very useful bidet
Have Thai folks coming over to the UK and let's just say they don't like the UK's toilet etiquette...Thought I'd try this little gizmo out as we didn't want to plumb in a bidet.It came about 75% charged, charged it fully which took about 30 mins.There's two power settings, low and high, the low setting is very low so unlikely to use, the other is sufficientfor the "job" in hand although could be more powerful as some of the bidet's used abroad could literally give you a collonic irigation .....the jet is that strong.Anyway, pleased with this product, does what it says and is fairly compact as the case is made of foldable rubber, so easy to stow away in a ruck sack or luggage.The ETA of the delivery was about 25 days, but it turned up within the week, so pleased about the quick turn around.Would recommend for camping, hotels, awkward guests coming round etc....

Stopped working after 4 months
Stopped spraying water even though it’s fully charged, not emitting any noise or response, just completely dead. Please help me tackle this as I can’t find a customer support line.

Broken
At first this product was amazing and worked so well . Sadly, water got stuck in the motor, I contacted the supplier and no response backMust have been made with cheap materials ?Waste of £51 - for 3 months of use. Don't buy !

It is a great INVENTION!
Very practical and efficient. Would recommend it to everyone. One charge lasted for more than a week.

Worked for two months and then it malfunctioned.
The media could not be loaded. We purchased this bidet for £50 in August 2024 when my parents came to visit us. After a couple of months when my parents left we kept it aside as no one was using it. I reopened it in March 2025 as we were going to have some guests over and the bidet is barely pumping out water. I complained to the seller but they do not provide warranty on the product. So please beware of this product, as long as it works it's fine but once it stops working there is nothing you can do to replace or get it fixed.
