It's made of plastic... but silent you can't hear it running

Where can i find replacement filters? I've ordered two different types so far and both were completely wrong (wrong shape and then way too big).

In my delivery there was an email address and they sent me 12 months supply no charge. You have to leave them feedback and then they will send them.

When do I clean the pump? I want to use it for a longer period of time.

It comes with one filter which lasts a fortnight. Change the filter and deep clean the basin every two weeks.
